Meet Aspire Scholars

Emeline Whaley was a 2022 Payson High School graduate.  Dual-credit classes made college a reality for her.  She got a head start on college, getting almost 40% of her bachelors prerequisites done through dual-credit classes.  In addition to the dual-credit scholarship, Emeline also received enough merit-based and local community scholarships to pay for the remaining portion of her college tuition.  Emeline’s interview …
